OrderIQ helps you find the cheapest way to order from a restaurant by comparing delivery apps, the restaurant's own website and its offers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the OrderIQ app and orderiq.app.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Your area: the ZIP code you type, or your approximate location if you allow it. We use it to find restaurants and offers near you.
- Onboarding answers: how often you order, which apps you use and how you heard about us.
- What you check: the restaurants you look up and the order details you choose (pickup or delivery, how many people), so we can compare prices for you. Your history is kept on your device.
- Reports: when you report a wrong price, promo or menu, we keep which restaurant and what was wrong.
- Membership: whether you have an active plan, which plan and its dates. We never see or store your card number.
- Notifications: if you allow them, a device token so we can tell you when a restaurant is ready.
How we use it
- To compare prices, fees and offers and show you the cheapest way to order.
- To keep you signed in and manage your membership.
- To fix wrong prices and menus you report.
- To send notifications you asked for.
- To understand how OrderIQ is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run OrderIQ, and only what each one needs:
- Supabase – hosting, database and sign-in.
- Apple and Google – sign-in, and App Store purchases.
- Stripe – card payments for memberships bought on the web.
- RevenueCat – keeps track of membership status across platforms.
- Google Maps Platform – finding restaurants near your area.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging – delivering notifications.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of OrderIQ and its users.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account exists. Reports and order comparisons that are not tied to your account may be kept to improve price accuracy. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (for example, payment records).
Your choices
- You can use OrderIQ with a ZIP code instead of your location, and turn location or notifications off at any time in your phone's settings.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by writing to the email below.
- If you live in California, you have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct your information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
Children
OrderIQ is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
