Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the OrderIQ app and orderiq.app. By using OrderIQ you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use OrderIQ.
What OrderIQ does
OrderIQ compares the ways to order from a restaurant (delivery apps, the restaurant's own website and its offers) and suggests the one that looks cheapest. We do not take orders, handle food or deliver anything. You place your order directly with the app or restaurant you choose, under their own terms.
Prices are estimates
Menus, prices, fees and offers change often and come from public sources. We work hard to keep them right, but we cannot guarantee that what you see in OrderIQ matches the final price at checkout. Always check the total before you pay. If something looks wrong, report it from the app.
Not affiliated
OrderIQ is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates or any restaurant shown in the app. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use OrderIQ.
Membership
- Some features need a paid membership: yearly at $29.99 with a 3-day free trial, or monthly at $9.99. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
- Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. With the yearly plan, you are charged when the free trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Bought in the App Store: billed by Apple and canceled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
- Bought on the web: billed by Stripe and canceled in the app under Settings > Membership. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give partial refunds, except where the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse OrderIQ: no scraping or copying our data at scale, no attempts to break or overload the service, no reverse engineering, and nothing illegal.
Our content
The OrderIQ app, its design and its comparisons belong to us. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use.
No warranty
OrderIQ is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, OrderIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any difference between the prices we show and the prices you pay. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using OrderIQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
